You have a strong background in FPGA design and implementation, with experience in creating digital designs for networking functions. Your expertise includes working with the latest generations of FPGA technologies and modern design processes, allowing you to contribute effectively to innovative projects. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing the development phases from architecture to validation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with systems teams and network communication system architects to define and implement solutions. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of one or more FPGA bitstreams, guiding them through the development phases including microarchitecture, RTL design, physical implementation, timing closure, and simulation validation. You will collaborate with network communication system architects to design and implement networking functions targeted to FPGA technology, ensuring that your solutions meet the needs of Amazon's LEO satellite communication system.
You will also engage in lab-based silicon validation, testing your designs in real-world scenarios to ensure reliability and performance. Your contributions will directly impact the success of Amazon's mission to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. You will be part of a team that values innovation and creativity, allowing you to define new systems with minimal legacy constraints.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $159,200.00 - $215,300.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
