What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the primary legal counsel for hardware product regulatory matters across multiple product lines, including well-known devices like Ring and Blink. You will develop and implement legal strategies that address product compliance, safety, and sustainability requirements, ensuring that Amazon's products meet all regulatory standards. Collaborating with international teams and local counsels, you will resolve novel legal issues and pre-litigation inquiries, creating scalable legal processes that balance risk management with business agility.
You will provide strategic guidance to senior business leaders on regulatory and compliance initiatives, helping them navigate complex legal landscapes while pursuing innovative product development. Your responsibilities will include counseling on strategic initiatives and key legal issues throughout the product life cycle, from conception to market launch. You will also be involved in developing processes that enable business teams to move with speed and flexibility while addressing potential legal risks.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $169,300.00 - $229,000.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
