What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will work closely with the Workplace Health & Safety team to ensure that all associates receive the support they need regarding occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will independently assess and administer first aid as necessary, providing immediate care and making referrals to outside medical providers when required. You will participate in weekly safety committee meetings and case management reviews, contributing your insights and expertise to enhance workplace safety. Your role will involve daily interactions with associates, greeting new hires, and advocating for health and wellness principles. You will assist with all first aid needs and support safety operations, ensuring that Amazon remains a safe place to work.
