What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the health and safety of associates. You will independently assess and administer first aid as needed, ensuring that all associates receive timely and appropriate care. Your responsibilities will include participating in weekly safety committee meetings and case management reviews, where you will collaborate with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to address health and safety concerns.

You will greet new hires and provide them with essential information about workplace health and safety practices. Your role will also involve referring associates to outside medical providers when necessary, ensuring that they receive the best possible care. You will be an advocate for health and wellness, consistently supporting associates in their daily activities and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.
