You have a background in operations engineering and are comfortable leading large, complex facility projects. Your superior communication skills allow you to effectively manage, influence, and negotiate with both external and internal business partners. You excel in ambiguity and make sound business decisions, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and integrity in managing various job responsibilities.

You are adept at coordinating resources required to launch new fulfillment centers, ensuring that timelines are met and budgets are adhered to. Your experience includes managing large capital projects and ambitious schedule commitments, which positions you well for this role. You understand the importance of driving standardization and consistency within operational networks, and you are committed to achieving organizational capacity demands.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting fast-paced new business fulfillment operations at Amazon. You will coordinate the resources necessary for launching new fulfillment centers, focusing on achieving timelines and staying within budget. Your ability to manage complex projects will be crucial as you drive standardization and consistency across the network. You will interface with various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You will also be expected to maintain a high level of communication with both internal teams and external partners, negotiating and influencing as necessary to meet project goals.
