Experience with automated operations and a background in supply chain management would be advantageous. Familiarity with change management solutions and the ability to reverse engineer processes to identify areas for improvement are also desirable traits. What you'll do

In this role, you will analyze operational inefficiencies within Amazon's Delivery Station network and develop mechanisms to drive effective process and design change strategies. You will support the development of Master Operating Plans (MOPs) and standard work metrics that guide operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include reverse engineering current processes and designs, providing change management solutions to partner engineering teams, and driving the implementation of engineering solutions to complex material flow and efficiency problems throughout the global supply chain. You will lead and coordinate design and process innovation efforts with functional leaders to develop optimal solutions for the fulfillment and transportation network. Additionally, you will champion cross-functional alignment to standardize processes and integrate solutions across the network, establishing a robust prioritization framework across all engineering teams.
