You are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts. What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, supporting and mentoring them throughout their shifts. You will manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Collaboration with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives.

You will play a key role in maintaining customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered on time and to the right location. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment where your team feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
