You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and performance in operations and are dedicated to maintaining high standards. You have strong leadership skills and enjoy mentoring and supporting your team to achieve their best.
You are comfortable working in a physically demanding environment, capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods. You thrive in dynamic settings and can adapt to varying noise levels and temperatures. Your ability to collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, is essential for meeting business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, engaging them during their shifts to ensure they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will manage the workflow across the first mile, middle mile, and last mile of operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will support, mentor, and motivate your team, fostering a positive work environment.
You will collaborate with support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives, focusing on safety and quality metrics. Your responsibilities will include managing productivity and ensuring that customer delivery promises are met. You will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and will be expected to lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach as part of your daily tasks.

Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $70,000.00 - $90,900.00 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
