What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly associates, supporting and motivating them to achieve high levels of safety, quality, and productivity. You will manage the workflow across the first, middle, and last miles of operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and to the right location. You will collaborate with various support teams to develop and implement strategies that meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

You will be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Your role will involve engaging with your team during their shifts, addressing any issues that arise, and fostering a positive work environment. You will also be involved in lifting and moving packages, standing or walking for extended periods, and working in an environment that may be subject to variable temperatures and noise levels.
