What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workers, ensuring they are engaged and performing at their best during their shifts. You will manage key operational components, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources to develop plans that meet business objectives.

You will be expected to lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. You will work in an environment that may vary in noise levels and temperatures, requiring you to be adaptable and resilient. Your leadership will play a crucial role in maintaining customer expectations and ensuring that orders are delivered on time.
