What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are motivated and engaged during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics, including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Your role will involve collaborating with various support teams to develop plans that meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

You will play a critical role in maintaining customer expectations, ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include mentoring your team, managing workflow processes, and continuously improving operational standards. You will also be involved in lifting and moving products as needed, contributing to the overall success of the operations network.
