Who you are

You have a strong analytical background that enables you to manage global network planning effectively. You think broadly and strategically across various initiatives, allowing you to tackle a wide range of problem-solving situations, from strategic to real-time. Your experience in data collection and analysis equips you to investigate underlying issues and mitigate risks effectively. You excel in building good relationships and partnerships with internal and external departments to quantify business projections and forecast network capacity. You thrive in an entrepreneurial culture, balancing frugality with creativity while fostering transparent customer relationships. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, ensuring that you deliver the best results for customers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing forecasting models and optimization tools that help predict capacity requirements for both live and non-live channels. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive strategy aimed at optimizing resource utilization and reducing organizational costs. Your key responsibilities will include investigating underlying issues to mitigate risks and creating short and long-term strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be involved in quantifying business projections and collaborating with various teams to ensure that capacity planning aligns with overall business objectives.
