Your foundational knowledge of critical data center equipment, including Generators, Uninterruptible Power Supplies, and Chillers, sets you apart in this role. You thrive in collaborative environments, acting as a primary liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, and Due Diligence teams. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to provide accurate schedule forecasting and construction budgeting.

Your experience includes performing build phasing evaluations in civil, structural, and electrical fields, which is essential for assessing potential sites. You are adept at driving improvements in baseline construction processes and have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Desirable

Experience with innovative construction techniques and familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure will be advantageous. A background in managing multiple projects simultaneously will also enhance your candidacy for this role.

What you'll do
