What you'll do

As a Pre-Construction Manager at Amazon, you will support the development and implementation of a regional Pre-Construction program across various campuses. You will serve as the primary liaison between Real Estate, Design Engineering, and other critical partner teams during the initial planning and design phases. Your role will involve providing cost, schedule, and constructability guidance to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will be responsible for driving the development of bid documents, including plans and specifications, to clearly outline the elements of each construction project. Your expertise in critical facility pre-construction knowledge will be essential as you work to establish and uphold high standards in this vital part of the delivery process.
