Who you are

You have a strong background in procurement, particularly in capex and construction, and are adept at optimizing and streamlining procurement processes. Your experience includes coordinating with various teams and managing vendor relationships to ensure organizational requirements are met. You understand the intricacies of the procurement and invoicing cycle, and you are skilled at tracking and monitoring CAPEX across different projects.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal business owners and key stakeholders. Your ability to analyze and identify areas for improvement in procurement processes will be crucial in this role. You are detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of vendor management and internal workflows, which enables you to resolve issues efficiently.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project procurement and receiving work across various formats, including fulfillment centers, sort centers, and retail centers. You will set up the right processes for each project to meet the defined KPIs and metrics. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a purchase-to-pay tracker and ensuring that all procurement activities align with organizational goals.

You will partner with project managers to develop and implement new processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness in procurement. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and analysis of procurement activities to identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be tasked with ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures while managing relationships with key vendors.
