Who you are

You have a strong background in program management, particularly in manufacturing operations, and possess excellent data analysis skills that enable you to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders is essential, as you will be the liaison between engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at managing complex program life-cycles that impact manufacturing operations.

You understand the intricacies of inventory management and production planning, and you are skilled at optimizing workflows to enhance productivity. Your experience in leading process improvement initiatives has equipped you with the tools to drive systematic changes that yield measurable results. You are comfortable performing data-driven analysis on Manufacturing Execution System (MES) productivity and compliance, and you are always looking for ways to enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage complex program life-cycles that directly impact manufacturing operations, including indirect material management and inventory optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable results and perform data analysis on MES productivity, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements. Leading GEMBA walks with customers and stakeholders will be a key responsibility, as you gather requirements and implement solutions to address pain points in the manufacturing process.

You will troubleshoot inventory issues and coordinate change management activities that support Amazon Leo manufacturing operations. Your role will involve optimizing workflows and ensuring compliance with established processes. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with leadership to report on progress and challenges, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
