What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and engaging with leadership to plan and organize various events and activities. You will manage complex calendar and scheduling requirements, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are organized efficiently. Your role will also involve overseeing security requirements for both internal and external visitors, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. You will track and help drive the completion of key deliverables, following up on action items to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
You will act as a liaison for direct reports, facilitating communication and collaboration within the team. Additionally, you will drive key team activity logistics, including staff meeting agendas and all-hands meetings, ensuring that everyone is aligned and informed. Your oversight of space planning and management of supporting EA/space administrators will contribute to a well-organized and efficient work environment.
