What you'll do
As a Production Supervisor at Amazon Leo, you will oversee the manufacturing and assembly of optical prototypes in an ISO 7/8 environment. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise a team of technicians, ensuring that they are well-coordinated and focused on early production tasks. You will work closely with the Senior Manager to plan and coordinate daily activities, adapting to any changes in schedules or priorities as needed. Your role will also involve hands-on work in the cleanroom, where you will assist in the assembly of novel optical laser devices.
You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable standards and ensuring that all production processes meet quality requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including management, facilities, and supply chain, will be crucial to the success of your projects. You will help draft and maintain laboratory procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of operational practices.
