You have a strong background in software development and are eager to enhance your technical skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You possess expertise in AWS services and distributed systems, allowing you to contribute effectively to architectural decisions for your team's products. You are comfortable writing high-quality, maintainable code that scales to support hundreds of users, and you have experience with data analytics and metrics platforms.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working with partner teams to understand their pain points and gather detailed requirements. You enjoy participating in design reviews and learning system architecture from senior engineers, and you are keen on providing technical guidance to junior engineers.
Desirable
Experience with developer tooling and automation platforms is a plus. Familiarity with operational excellence practices and the ability to balance technical tradeoffs will help you succeed in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the technical delivery of significant features for developer productivity tools and automation platforms. You will take end-to-end ownership of components within larger systems, from design through deployment and operations. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, building data pipelines, and creating visualization components that provide actionable insights into engineering metrics.
You will collaborate closely with SDE 1s and provide technical guidance on implementation approaches. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the Developer Experience Engineering team. You will also participate in design reviews, gaining insights into system architecture and enhancing your technical skills.
