You have 2+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in troubleshooting and debugging complex systems. Your problem-solving skills are top-notch, and you have a passion for operational excellence. You are detail-oriented and can prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring that service level agreements are met. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, allow you to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.

You thrive in environments where you can learn quickly and manage overlapping tasks. Your experience with software deployment in staging and production environments has equipped you with the skills needed to support incoming tickets and provide extensive troubleshooting across various products and services. You take ownership of components and workflows, ensuring that customer experiences are seamless and efficient.

What you'll do

As a Support Engineer, you will provide support for incoming tickets, tackling extensive troubleshooting tasks that cover multiple products, features, and services. You will assist in software deployment support in both staging and production environments, ensuring that all systems run smoothly. Your role will involve developing tools to aid operations and maintenance, as well as reporting on system and support status.

You will take ownership of one or more purchase experience components, coordinating customer notifications and workflows to maintain service level agreements. Collaborating with multiple teams, you will handle active support issues and contribute to creating a team-specific knowledge base. Your ability to prioritize and follow through on tasks will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
