Who you are
You are a hands-on Systems Engineer with a strong background in test automation infrastructure and system validation. You have experience in production support and are skilled in maintaining and optimizing production test systems across global manufacturing sites. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively within teams, driving improvements in a fast-paced environment.
You possess a deep understanding of systems integration and have demonstrated your ability to implement robust validation protocols. Your experience in requirements management and documentation for production test systems sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can lead system-level validation and integration efforts, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together.
Desirable
Experience with Optical Inter-Satellite Link (OISL) manufacturing operations is a plus. Familiarity with satellite broadband networks and their operational challenges will enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the system-level validation and integration of OISL test automation infrastructure. You will drive requirements management and documentation for production test systems, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and adhered to. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing test strategies that enhance the efficiency and reliability of production operations.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize production test systems, ensuring they meet the high standards required for satellite operations. Your role will involve continuous improvement initiatives, where you will analyze current processes and implement changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
You will also be responsible for providing production support, troubleshooting issues as they arise, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. Your ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders will be crucial in achieving project goals and delivering high-quality results.
