What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks as per the PPM schedule. You will attend technical calls for corrective maintenance and coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty or AMC. Your role will involve energy consumption readings and maintenance of diesel generators, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.

You will maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical components, and be responsible for the installation and maintenance of power distribution systems, branch circuits, and lighting systems. Your expertise in relay logic and control components will be essential for ensuring operational reliability.

You will also handle minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes and fixtures, ensuring that the facility remains in optimal condition. Regular checks of fire alarms and extinguishers will be part of your responsibilities, as will the maintenance of carts, trolleys, and other operational equipment.

You will provide daily reports on maintenance activities, including TT closures and open cases, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of operational status. Your role will also involve updating tools inventory and managing soft services activities such as pest control and housekeeping.
