You have a strong background in facility management and maintenance, with experience in overseeing technical checks and coordinating with vendors for service and repair works. Your ability to maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical systems is essential for this role. You are dedicated to supporting production in a safe and customer-focused manner, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

You possess the skills to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, and lighting systems. Your knowledge of relay logic, control components, and various electrical systems allows you to effectively manage maintenance tasks. You are proactive in conducting regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Your experience includes minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes and equipment, demonstrating your versatility in handling various maintenance tasks. You are comfortable managing tools inventory and providing daily reports on maintenance activities, showcasing your organizational skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and admin activities, ensuring that all technical checks are performed according to the PPM schedule. You will coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty and manage energy consumption readings. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems and conducting regular electrical works.

You will be responsible for issuing hot work permits and managing minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls. Your role will also involve overseeing soft services activities, such as pest control and housekeeping, ensuring a clean and safe working environment. You will provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.
