You possess a solid understanding of power distribution systems, including branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods. You are skilled in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various control components such as relay logic, motor starters, and sensors. Your hands-on experience with conveyor systems and other operational equipment is a significant asset. You are committed to safety and compliance, ensuring that all work adheres to established protocols and standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of overall facility and administrative activities, ensuring that all systems are maintained according to the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Your responsibilities will include coordinating corrective maintenance calls and managing service and repair works with vendors. You will also be responsible for energy consumption readings and maintenance of diesel generators.

You will maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise will be crucial in installing and maintaining power distribution systems and control components. You will also oversee refurbishment and upgrade works for building finishes and fixtures, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal condition. Regular checks on fire alarms and extinguishers will be part of your routine, as will maintenance tasks such as oiling and greasing of operational equipment.

You will provide daily reports on maintenance activities, including closures and open cases, and share incident reports as necessary. Your role will also involve updating tools inventory using the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) tool and ensuring that all maintenance schedules are adhered to. You will handle soft services activities, including pest control and waste disposal, contributing to a safe and clean working environment.
