What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, engaging them during their shifts to ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will manage the workflow across the first mile, middle mile, and last mile of operations, ensuring that customer orders are delivered accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include supporting and mentoring your team, managing safety and quality metrics, and collaborating with support teams to achieve business goals.

You will play a key role in maintaining customer expectations and will be responsible for developing plans that align with operational objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that your team is motivated and engaged. You will also be involved in lifting and moving products as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations.
