What you'll do

During this ten-week internship, you will immerse yourself in the operations of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. Your main focus will be on learning to manage a team effectively while developing a summer project in partnership with your site leadership. You will engage with your team daily, providing guidance and support as you learn the intricacies of warehouse operations. You will also have the chance to collaborate with site leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
