What you'll do

As a Fulfillment Area Manager Intern, you will spend ten weeks immersed in one of Amazon's fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. Your main focus will be on learning how to manage a team effectively while developing a summer project in partnership with your site leadership. You will engage with your team daily, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Throughout your internship, you will have the opportunity to participate in various training sessions designed to enhance your leadership skills. You will learn about the intricacies of warehouse operations, including inventory management, safety protocols, and performance metrics. By the end of your internship, you will have gained valuable insights into the logistics and supply chain industry, preparing you for future leadership roles.
