What you'll do

During this ten-week internship, you will have the opportunity to learn how to manage a team effectively. You will work on a summer project in partnership with your site leadership, focusing on developing your leadership skills and understanding the operations of Amazon's fulfillment centers. You will be involved in coaching and mentoring associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will require you to engage with team members, understand their challenges, and help them succeed in their roles. You will also gain insights into the operational strategies that drive Amazon's success in logistics and fulfillment.
