You have a proven track record of setting clear expectations and holding team members accountable for their performance. Your proactive approach to sharing best practices across shifts and departments contributes to a cohesive and high-performing operational environment. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the site, including budget management and people development. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to achieve their performance goals. Your responsibilities will include driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to meet and exceed business plans. You will oversee the safety, quality, and performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, ensuring that customer experience remains a top priority.

You will set and clarify requirements for your team, measuring performance and providing feedback to hold them accountable. Collaborating closely with support staff from HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT, you will secure the necessary resources for projects and initiatives. Your role will also involve nurturing ideas from your team and rolling them into improvement plans for your functional area. By taking proactive steps to share best practices, you will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the network.
