You work closely with support staff, including HR, Finance, and IT, to secure resources for projects and initiatives. Your ability to collaborate with various stakeholders ensures that operational goals align with broader organizational objectives.

What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance and ensuring that operational objectives are met. Your role will involve coaching and mentoring your team to foster their professional development and enhance overall performance.

You will implement quality initiatives and process changes to improve operational efficiency, focusing on both Inbound and Outbound operations. Your leadership will be crucial in setting and clarifying requirements for your team, holding them accountable for their performance and the success of their departments.

You will take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and shifts, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborating with support staff, you will build and secure the necessary resources for projects and initiatives, ensuring that operational goals are met effectively.
