Job Description
Who you are
You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and performance in operations and have a proven track record of engaging and mentoring hourly workforce. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for up to 12 hours during shifts. You thrive in environments that can be noisy and subject to variable temperatures, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
Desirable
Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, as is familiarity with safety and quality assurance practices. You have a collaborative mindset and can work effectively with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to meet business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are motivated and engaged during their shifts. You will manage key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring that customer delivery promises are met. You will collaborate with support teams to develop plans that align with business objectives and continuously improve operational workflows. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing feedback, and implementing training programs to enhance skills and efficiency. You will also be involved in maintaining a safe working environment and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
