Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management and are motivated to lead a team of hourly workforce members. You understand the importance of engaging your team to maintain high levels of safety, quality, and performance. Your experience allows you to effectively collaborate with various support teams to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods during shifts. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adaptable to varying noise levels and temperatures.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve operational excellence. You will manage key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring that customer delivery promises are met consistently.
