What you'll do

As the EGY Line Haul Ops Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all linehaul operations between fulfillment centers, sort centers, and other Amazon sites in Egypt. You will act as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring that all operational issues are resolved promptly. Your role will involve daily operational management, financial oversight, and network planning, as well as scheduling and managing carrier relations. You will work closely with various teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall operational efficiency.

You will analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing initiatives that enhance customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor relationships, ensuring that all parties are aligned with operational goals and standards. You will be expected to maintain a high level of integrity and ethical conduct in all dealings, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within the team.
