You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and possess experience in employee and performance management. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and are comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays. What you'll do

As an Operations Manager, you will analyze work forecasts and determine daily productivity requirements to meet the overall goals of the unit. You will collaborate with other Area Managers to balance the workforce, ensuring efficient operations while achieving all targets. Your responsibilities will include supporting all safety programs and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.

You will lead initiatives aimed at improving processes and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your department. Your role will involve managing a team, guiding them through their daily tasks, and ensuring they have the resources needed to succeed. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to enhance operational efficiency.
