What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving performance and accountability across departments. Your role will involve creating and implementing improvement plans based on best practices, ensuring that operational goals are met consistently.

You will measure performance, provide feedback, and hold your team accountable for their results. Your proactive approach will involve sourcing and nurturing ideas from your team, rolling them into actionable plans that enhance operational effectiveness. You will also collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, and IT to build support for your initiatives, ensuring that your team has the resources needed to succeed.
