What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coaching them to achieve performance goals while fostering a positive work environment. Your role will involve driving quality initiatives and process improvements, ensuring that best practices are shared across departments.

You will set and clarify performance expectations for your team, measuring their success and providing constructive feedback. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities for improvement, and you will leverage your team's ideas to create effective operational strategies. Collaboration with support staff will be essential as you work to build a strong operational framework that meets business objectives.
