Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least 2 years of experience at Amazon. You possess strong experience in partner management within e-commerce or technology sectors, and you have advanced knowledge of Excel. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to conduct root cause analysis effectively. You have experience working with multiple groups of stakeholders and at least 1 year of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques. Additionally, you are knowledgeable in data analytics tools such as Tableau and SQL, and you have experience in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or financial services.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking in a city. You will monitor key operational metrics across dark stores, ensuring data accuracy for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams. You will track and index operational metrics including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. You will also support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, coordinating with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy. Your role will involve identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, driving standardization and improvement across the network.
