Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of experience at Amazon. You possess a strong background in performance metrics and process improvement techniques, ideally with 1+ years of hands-on experience in these areas. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dive deep into metrics and reporting effectively. You are familiar with dashboarding tools and can present data connected to real data sources, ensuring clarity and accuracy in operational reporting. You thrive in a collaborative environment, coordinating with various teams to maintain operational excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will track and index key operational metrics, including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. You will maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams, ensuring that all metrics are accurate and up-to-date. Supporting root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches will be a critical part of your responsibilities, as you work to identify trends and patterns in operational performance. You will coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy, driving standardization and improvement across the board. Your insights will support continuous improvement initiatives, making a significant impact on the overall efficiency of Amazon Now operations.
