Operations Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have at least 1+ years of experience in employee and performance management, demonstrating your ability to lead teams effectively. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or you have 2+ years of experience at Amazon as a blue badge/FTE. You are flexible with your schedule, willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays as needed. You are physically capable of handling tasks that may require pushing and pulling wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts. You possess a strong understanding of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques, which allows you to identify areas for operational enhancement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking across city networks. You will monitor key operational metrics, including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across dark stores. Maintaining data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams will be a critical part of your responsibilities. You will support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, ensuring that the team is equipped with accurate and timely data updates. Your coordination with store operations teams will be essential to ensure metric accuracy and timely data updates. Additionally, you will assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, driving standardization and improvement across the network.
