What you'll do

As a Senior Transportation Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operations of the TOM teams within your designated node. You will lead a dynamic team of Operations and Area Managers, ensuring that operational goals are met and exceeded. Your role will involve strategic planning for the functional area, including safety, productivity, and labor planning. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives that have a significant impact on building and network-wide operations.

You will own the operational budget for your area, ensuring that financial targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of engagement and excellence within your team. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
