What you'll do

In this role, you will own and deliver the operational budget for your functional area, ensuring that safety and productivity goals are met. You will be responsible for strategic planning over the next 3, 6, and 12 months, including labor planning and forecasting. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, leveraging their insights to identify challenges and drive solutions. Your focus will be on continuous improvement, working on strategic projects that impact the entire building and network. You will network with other leaders to share best practices and drive operational excellence across the organization.
