What you'll do

In this role, you will represent a critical function within Amazon's broader transportation operations. You will be responsible for managing the execution of freight through our transportation networks, focusing on carrier management, development, quality, and performance. Your role will involve collaborating with external operations and maintaining relationships with Sort Centers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries. You will monitor the flow of information and address any issues that may arise, ensuring that trucks leave Sort Centers as scheduled to fulfill customer orders.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance service levels and continuously improve operational efficiency. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you navigate challenges in real-time, ensuring that customer expectations are met. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence within the team, contributing to the overall success of Amazon's logistics operations.
