You are adaptable and willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays — this flexibility is crucial in managing operations across multiple dark stores. You hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking for Amazon Now. You will be responsible for managing dark stores and leading a team that oversees day-to-day operations and programs. Your key responsibilities include collaborating with multiple stakeholders to launch dark stores and tracking operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks.

You will maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams, ensuring that all metrics are accurate and up-to-date. Supporting root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches will be a critical part of your job, as will coordinating with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates.

Additionally, you will assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives. Your analytical skills will be essential in driving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall performance of the network.
