You have 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques — you've successfully implemented strategies that enhance operational efficiency and drive results. Your background includes 3+ years of employee and performance management experience — you understand how to lead teams effectively and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
You hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field — your educational background equips you with the analytical skills necessary to interpret data and make informed decisions. You are flexible and willing to work a schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays — you understand the demands of operational management and are committed to ensuring success.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking for Amazon Now. You will be responsible for managing dark stores and hiring a team that leads day-to-day operations and programs. Your duties will include monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, ensuring data accuracy for operational dashboards, and maintaining visibility into network health and performance.
You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to launch dark stores and track operational metrics, including count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. Maintaining data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
You will support root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches, coordinating with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives, driving operational excellence across the organization.
