You have significant experience in operations management, ideally within a logistics or supply chain environment. What you'll do
As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee one of the key teams in the logistics center, focusing on areas such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, or shipping. You will work closely with your team to ensure that workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met or exceeded. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 80 to 120 employees, guiding them in their daily tasks and ensuring that they are motivated and engaged. You will lead various projects across the network to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve desired outcomes. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of the logistics center.
