What you'll do

As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will oversee all aspects of operations within your Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving employee engagement and building leadership bench strength. Your responsibilities will include managing the operational budget, ensuring safety and productivity, and meeting financial and labor planning goals. You will be responsible for strategic planning, including labor forecasting and preparing for peak seasons.

You will serve as the face of the organization to thousands of employees and the local community, embodying Amazon's commitment to customer obsession and innovation. Your role will require you to balance immediate operational needs with long-term strategic goals, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to meet the challenges of a complex operations facility.
