What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee multiple reconditioning lines within the Inspection & Reconditioning Center, planning production for a full working shift. You will fully manage the facilities to meet or exceed targets in production, cost, and quality, especially when the General Manager is not onsite. Your responsibilities will include conducting root cause analysis, developing action plans, and executing these plans with the site leadership team and associates. You will conduct weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures. Additionally, you will guide daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities, and aid in the execution of Continuous Improvement projects at your home site and throughout the region. You will foster growth and development in our Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations by supporting Development Plans and providing regular competency-based feedback.
