What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee daily operations for Amazon Now, managing either one large site or multiple smaller sites. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, and driving productivity and quality standards. You will be instrumental in coaching and providing feedback to associates, helping them to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to redefine fast delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
