You are a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in inventory management and supply chain optimization. You excel in analytics and have strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate across teams. Your customer obsession drives you to improve the customer experience continuously. You have experience in leading initiatives that enhance operational metrics and are comfortable managing relationships with vendors.
Desirable
Experience in the GCC market is a plus, as well as familiarity with scalable process improvements and data-driven solutions. You are adept at developing dashboards and automating processes to enhance team efficiency.
What you'll do
As the Instock Manager, you will manage the availability and health of inventory, focusing on improving in-stock rates and systematic forecasting for key categories. You will drive data-driven solutions to solve complex supply chain challenges and work closely with vendors to optimize long-term supply chain goals. Your role will involve collaborating with various functional teams to enhance internal and external processes, ensuring that operational metrics are continuously improved.
