What you'll do

In this role, you will lead daily inventory health metrics and accuracy, driving strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or aged inventory. You will implement and maintain inventory control processes while monitoring shrinkage and damage rates. Your responsibilities will include analyzing historical data to predict future inventory needs and creating demand forecasts to recommend order quantities. You will monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to drive improvements for the business. You will also influence internal and external stakeholders to buy into your strategic direction, ensuring flawless execution of your buying and sourcing strategy for a new category.
